Website Care & Managed Support
$99/monthFor basic to moderately interactive websites: routine technical oversight, checks and troubleshooting of agreed integrations, with a limited, scoped operational workload.
Advanced Managed Care
$199/monthFor more involved websites and business systems: multiple integrated tools, actively used databases and customer/member portals, advanced automations, AI features, notifications and complex backend operations. The higher price reflects greater agreed operating complexity.
Custom Monthly Quote
Extraordinary traffic, large order volumes (such as 5,000 pizzeria orders), bulk marketing emails, extensive AI/cloud consumption and unusually complicated systems need an individual monthly quote. $199 is not a flat-fee promise for thousands of orders or automatic notifications.
Both plans apply only when you choose TLIMS-Managed support. Basic site care is optional. A scoped managed subscription is mandatory when TLIMS operates business-critical production backend features; Advanced care may be required following individual assessment, not automatic feature-checkbox rules. Build & Handoff clients pay Lovable directly and operate their own systems and vendor services, with no TLIMS subscription required unless separately commissioned.
Services, suitability, usage allowances, overage terms and monitoring/alerts for TLIMS-operated resources are agreed before any contract. Cloud, AI, messaging, payment processor and other vendor charges may be separate. Neither $99 nor $199 includes unlimited messages, Lovable credits, AI tokens, visitors, database use, new feature development, free edit hours or instant 24/7 response.
Business Plus: care is highly recommended. Custom Business Platform: operating costs and support are assessed individually; management is mandatory only for backend services operated by TLIMS.
